Returns and Warranty

All orders are binding and final. However all items come with a manufacturer's warranty. 

Order Changes and Cancellations
Your order is custom made for you, to ensure your order is shipping in a timely manner, Steelcase starts manufacturing your order as soon as we receive it. Once your order is placed, you will be unable to change or cancel your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your shipment is damaged, you are missing parts or you have a warranty issue, please contact us through the “Contact Us” section of the website. Please note your order number, issue details, as well as your contact information and we will work with you on a resolution.

Steelcase Warranty
The Steelcase Limited Consumer Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from store.poi.ca
If a Product is defective in materials or workmanship, Steelcase will repair or, at Steelcase’s option, replace the affected product at no charge, or refund the purchase price for the affected product if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.
