Shipping and Pick-up
There is a standard shipping is free to most Ontario locations; if additional shipping charges are required due to your location you will receive a message at check-out.

All product is made to order and ships directly to your home or office, except for Promotional Pick-up items; Promotional pick-up items are marked as “pick-up only”.
POI will ship within Ontario, if you are in another Canadian Province, please reach out to your local Steelcase Dealer and they would be happy to provide you with a quote. Alternatively, you can visit the Steelcase store at www.store.steelcase.com and purchase directly with a limited time 10% discount code daPOIT10. Please verify the currency default on the Steelcase store before placing your order.

Product will ship via a local delivery service or Fed EX, it will be delivered to front entrance of the client’s building or home address specified. The client is responsible to unpack and assemble the product if required.
