Steelcase Karman provides long-term comfort through three distinct features: a patented hybrid seat with integrated cushioning that moves with you, comfort edges around the seat and back and our proprietary performance textile, Intermix.

Effortless Adjustments: Weight-activated adjustments automatically respond to your body weight to provide the right amount  of back tension as you recline. 

Back Tension + Recline: Karman has four comfort settings  that can be accessed by turning the dial: 1. full recline; 2. “boost” tension offering 20% additional tension;  3. mid-stop recline; 4. upright back lock.

Fully Adjustable Arms:  Karman comes standard with 4 dimensional arms that move independently in four dimensions  to adjust to your preferred height, width, depth and pivot.
